All goods sold are brand new and in good condition.
We offer 100% free shipping via Pos Laju and Pos Daftar (for smaller purchases)!
Returns will only be entertained on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
Currently our only payment method is via bank transfers (to our Maybank and CIMB accounts).
Once you have submitted an order form, payment has to be made within 48 hours. Failure to do so without good reason may potentially result in the blacklisting or banning of the customer.
ROKKA BOUTIQUE will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during delivery, and cannot be held liable for any lost packages.
