Returns will only be entertained on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
Currently our only payment method is via bank transfers (to our Maybank and CIMB accounts).
Once you have submitted an order form, payment has to be made within 48 hours. Failure to do so without good reason may potentially result in the blacklisting or banning of the customer.
